The discount applies to the duct cleaning only. Fogging and exhaust fans bill at full rate, and you should read that on a website rather than work it out from a receipt.
$150 minimum per visit. Nothing is calculated from square footage, no per-system figure moves once somebody is up a ladder, and the trunk line is never billed separately.
Two worked examples. Ten supplies and two returns is twelve openings, which comes to $663 once the discount is applied. Seven openings comes to $386.75.

What this actually accomplishes
The trade has a reputation it largely earned, so the plain version goes near the top.
Cleaning removes the dust, build debris and everything else that has settled inside the ductwork and gets pushed into your rooms whenever the system runs. On a system that has never been opened the quantity is real.
Cleaning does not cure allergies, resolve asthma or make anyone measurably healthier. The EPA states outright that duct cleaning has never been shown to prevent health problems, and we are not going to contradict them to win work.
And it replaces nothing about your filter. Where the filter is neglected, that is the actual problem. Clean the ducts around it and the same situation returns inside a year.

Signs it is worth looking at
- Nobody has ever opened the system and the house is past twenty years
- Dust visibly puffing from registers at start-up
- An odor you cannot locate that returns with every cycle
- A recent remodel, or a house built in the last few years
- You have just taken over somebody else's house
- Rodent or insect evidence anywhere in the system
How we do it
- Look at the system together. Count openings with you, check the filter and returns, and give an honest read on whether the job is warranted. On some Chandler houses it is not.
- Get inside it. Registers come off so the work happens within the runs and the trunk, not in the first arm's length that anybody could reach from a stepladder.
- Break the material loose. A flexible rod with a whip head travels the run and lifts what has bonded to the duct wall, rather than merely relocating whatever was already free.
- Pull it out of the building. Negative pressure runs the whole time, so what comes free exits rather than settling in the next room along.
